Notice of Force Majeure for All Products to Middle Eastern Countries

Dear Customers and Partners,
Given that recent escalation of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, particularly the severe disruption to the safety and efficiency of navigation through key transport routes (including but not limited to the Strait of Hormuz and adjacent areas), resulting in significant delays and even temporary disruptions to cargos for the affected regions.
The aforementioned circumstances constitute unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective events whose occurrence and impact are beyond our company's reasonable control. In accordance with the force majeure clauses in the relevant contracts/orders, we hereby officially announce that effective March 10. 2026. the affected orders will be subject to force majeure clauses.
Our management and customer service team are closely monitoring the situation and will communicate directly with affected customers regarding order status.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this force majeure event and deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.
